Returns and Refunds
At HYFY, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following case:
Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Resolution Options:
Replacement: A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Refund: If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be processed.
Please Note:
Refunds or replacements are not applicable for reasons other than product damage.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
